The first day of school. Finally here. Brendan in 1st & Aaron in kindergarten. Both of them did really well and were excited about going. 
And now it is down to one. So far I think he is really enjoying his time alone. He built his garage and parked all his trucks, tractors, cars, ect in it. I will say that just because there is one kid does not mean there is less mess. He has his blocks, Lego's, and vehicles all over the place already. 
Another big change for us this morning. My Dad left a bit later this morning to head back downstate to work. We will see him for quick weekends here and there, but it is not until Christmas that we will see him for any big length of time. I wonder how Josh will adjust to that one cause he does like his Grampa! Tomorrow is my first day of the semester. ugh. So not looking forward to that. Sure, once things get going it will be fine, but right now I don't want to go. Going to miss my boys and being able to be here with them. Most days of the week I will be out the door before they even are up for school. That sucks. Sacrifice a bit today for a better tomorrow, right?
Off I go to spend my last free day with Josh.

They're all so cute! I imagine it is bitter/sweet for you to have their first day of school. I hope they enjoy it. How many kids in each class? -- Mary
