This day is supposed to be near 90 degrees. Not the best conditions for the guys to be roofing, but they are up there and sweating their asses off. Last night Joe, Kevin, and Ryan all were up there and this morning it is Joe, Ryan, Nick, and Norm, with Dave set to arrive soon. I have already been nagging them all about sunscreen, water, when do they want to eat, and be sure to come down if they start feeling sick from the heat. My ideal thing wouldbe that they took a few hours of break between noon and 3pm to re-hydrate themselves and get a quick rest. Along with the guys here, we have Alex (Nick and Jessica's HUGE black lab) and Anna (Norm's yellow lab). Both Trudie and Anna get along great with Alex, but Trudie and Anna don't get along at all.
The weather is supposed to turn ugly this afternoon, but we are hoping for maybe just a quick shower that would cool things down. My fear is that it will do nothing but make it muggier. Damn it.
I will probably update later this evening or tomorrow, along with some photos.
