My folks made it back home this afternoon around 4pm. It was a slower than normal commute as they drove in snow most the way. Currently the winds are high and the snow is coming down as well. Figures, it will probably be horrible weather tonight cause I wanted to head to the Soo tomorrow morning............maybe Aunt Barb is right, the bad weather waits for when I have to drive to the Soo.

Today I worked a bit outside clearing some snow, brought in a few loads of wood, and played with Aaron. He loves outside and when he plays in the snow, he comes in soaking wet from head to toe. I'm thinking about doing some snowshoeing this coming week. We definitely have the snow for it and Aaron loves to do that so he will join me. Its still too early to trust that the ice is thick enough, so we'll just stay around here. I would love to try the trails over at the Falls one of these years.......
