Monday Evening. I'm tired.

Happy Monday Evening! A full day it was. I started my morning with my Wii Fit and then a shower to then relax, read some of my book while drinking tea. Once my sleepy head boys decided it was time to get up, all quiet was over. It didn't take me long to banish them to the outdoors where it was a beautiful day to experience. The paddle boat was calling our names, so we headed out in that for quite a long time. I have discovered that Aaron is awesome at helping paddle. I don't know how he quite does it, cause he is actually too short to reach the peddles, but he does quite well. Brendan on the other hand...............
We came in for lunch and not too long after that, Daddy came home from work (early). After a quick discussion, we all decided to take the real boat out for a cruise. It was a great (windy) day for it. Once home we decided to try to--once again--order pizza. And you won't believe this, but THEY WERE ACTUALLY OPEN! Needless to say, we ordered pizza and it was yummy and I still can't believe that they were open. On a Monday. Holy crap.

Tuesday (tomorrow) we will be heading to the Soo for our weekly shopping. Ryan has the rest of the week off, so he will be going with us. Me thinks we will try to get the boys haircuts, but that Barber is so busy we shall wait and see. I have already loaded my reusable shopping bags so I can't forget them this time. (I love them! They are my most favorite purchase in a long time.)

Right now I want to discuss the one thing in my life that I seem to have ZERO control over: bedtime. This is a battle that has been going on since Brendan has been about 2 I'm guessing. Anyone who is a regular reader of this blog has read several times about our hell which is bedtime. Starting tonight we are trying something new.........well, not really new, we've done it before downstate. One boy has to fall asleep in our bedroom and the other 2 upstairs in the boys' room. I'm hoping it works. Of course they fought over who got to sleep where.

Off to read my book. Later.
