This is one of those times when I wish I didn't have a dog........

This is what happens when you forget about Tee-Ball and rush out the door just a few minutes before 3:30pm, which, coincidentally, is the time the dogs expect their dinner. Guess what? After this mess, no dinner for the bitches for sure! It seems to me they filled up on dirty diapers, leftover scraps from last night's dinner, raw chicken parts of what will be tonight's dinner, & the heal of a loaf of bread. Not to mention any coffee grounds that got mixed in along the way. And that Tee Ball we raced off to? Cancelled. I figured that out about half way there when it hit me that the "big kids" from Ms. Beck's class are in Petosky for their 'end of the year' trip. Nice. At least we got in some good playtime at the school's playground instead.......


On another thought........Jackie called me once she was out of recovery and to her room. She was in recovery for a long time but was feeling better except for her incisional pain. Clare was sleeping in her bassinet next to Jackie. Jackie thinks at times she looks like Nicholas, but other times not. Alida is going to visit tonight after she gets off work, so hopefully she will post some pics on her blog.
