Today I took Aaron to school with me. We left a bit early to have lunch at the pizza place, which was nice. Out of my three boys, Aaron is the messiest with well, everything. The sauce for the breadsticks was all over his hands, his shirt, and somehow on my pants. Still, it was very nice to have lunch with just him. We then headed to campus so I could ask my teacher if he could join us in class. I didn't email her ahead of time for fear that she would tell me no, and he was no excited about going. Once class started, he was quiet and kept himself busy by drawing pictures with markers. (And again, the markers ended up all over his hands, arms, my papers, and my hand.) I had several compliments about how well-behaved he was, which made me smile. After hanging out on campus for awile we went to run a few errands and then back home.
One of our errands was to stop at the local food co-op for the damn good bread that they sell. It is awesome bread. It will be just perfect for the (left-over) turkey sandwiches for dinner.
Been looking like rain here all afternoon, but so far no drops have fallen. Ryan and I are waiting for some good storms. I'm hoping for some later this week.
Brendan is still on the mend. Joshua has had a runny nose and is pretty cranky this evening, so that can't be good.
Off for some dinner. I want some of that yummy bread.
