First Day of School

I woke Brendan up at 6:45am and he had ate breakfast, got dressed, had his shoes on, brushed his teeth and combed his hair, took care of his Webkinz, and was ready to go all before 7:30am. So yes, he was very excited!! The bus stopped at the house at 7:45 am and I had to run out to tell them that he would be taking the bus starting on Friday, but I would be driving him today, his first day. I thought I would get teary-eyed, but I didn't because I was just so happy that he was so happy. School ends at 3:20 this afternoon. Then his normal schedule will be 8:10am to 3:20pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Today is also my first day of classes. Since I have class M,T, and W afternoons/evenings, I will be home with the boys most the days. That will be nice. Once Aaron starts preschool, I'll be able to get some study time in and get some things done that I have been wanting to get done around the house. (Like those darn closest again!)

I have already talked to Jennifer and found out about her kids going to school today. Her girls started kinder today as well. But I am waiting to hear and read about updates on the first day from Alida with Kyle and Heather with her daughter. All these little ones starting kindergarten on the same day!
