On my way to school this morning, I was watching (as always) for any wildlife and I saw a MOOSE! I quickly pulled over to the side, grabbed my crappy disposable camera that I keep in the van for occasions just as this one, and starting taking pics. I was farther away than I would have liked to be, but I did not want to reverse the van in case it would scare her off. It was awesome. She sat there eating, then finally crossed the road and walked back into the woods. Now I will ask the question that my Dad asks: Why wouldn't I want to live here?!
Ryan had a bit of luck of his own this afternoon on his way home from work: the cop didn't give him a ticket for going 71 in a 55! M-28 is a great road to go fast on, but always be on the lookout for cops!
Ryan's folks will head up tomorrow. It will be great to see them!
Oh--got an 87% on my chemistry exam. I'm not real happy with that, but not bad for only studying 1 hour in the morning prior to the exam!
