Happy Birthday Aunt Barb!

Hope you enjoy your day today. It was nice having dinner with you & Uncle Dennis yesterday.

~~Tonight I have a scholarship dinner at the university. Means I have to wear something other than comfy pants or jeans, dammit. And since today is Veteran's Day, I will be attending the Veteran's Luncheon that is being held up at the school here in town. Its a double duty thing for me, as I can use this experience as an 'outside activity' for one of my classes. (Need to write a paper on it and turn it in next week.)

~~Got my haircut yesterday. Still trying to decide if I like it or not. My color needs to be done as well, but I'm way too cheap to pay someone to do that for me so I do that on my own.

~~It was like musical beds for me last night. I fell asleep in my own bed, then around 2am, Aaron came into our bed, and then about 2:30am, Joshua came into our bed. That is just too much for a queen sized bed. So I took Joshua back into his twin sized bed and slept with him in that for about an hour maybe. Once I woke up, I walked back down to my room and saw that Aaron was sprawled over my side of the bed. Ugh. And he sweats like crazy when he sleeps so I just couldn't do it. Grabbed the favorite pillow and decided the couch was the best place for me. After I added some wood to the fire, I curled up and promptly fell asleep.

~~Snow still covers most everything around here. We lost some yesterday, but there was enough on the ground that it all didn't melt. The snow makes everything so pretty. I am thinking about how much I want a pair of boots like Aunt Barb so I am debating on taking the drive south to just below the bridge to get me some. We shall see how the rest of the week goes until I decide. I would be something to do for us so maybe we will do it.
