I almost hit a beaver this morning. Really. He was dragging a branch across the road to his dam. Now that's something I bet you don't hear everyday!

The cool, crisp, fall-is-in-air weather is upon us. Yesterday the winds off Superior were just awesome. I expect to see some freighters anchored out there soon enough.
