Happy Father's Day Dad!!!
Hope you are having a good time on your trip so far! Everyone here misses & loves you!
What started out as a day where we were going to go out on the boat has turned into a day where we aren't sure what we will do. The skies look to getting stormy and the weather site calls for thunderstorms with 'damaging winds' and even possibly some hail. Hmmmmmm.......maybe the boat isn't such a good idea.
Me and the boys went to the Point yesterday since Ryan was gone to Fire Academy Training again. The 4 of us went on a long walk and then a quick stop at the bird observatory. And just like me lately, I forgot my camera. Stupid!
Mom and Dad have made is across the Mississippi after being re-routed due to flooding. Last night they were at the World's Largest Truck Stop (I would link it but am feeling quite lazy so I won't). Their final destination on this adventure will be the Grand Canyon. Awesome. I hope they will send me some pics soon so I can post them.
Oh--have to announce that my cousin Barney and his wife Agnes have had their 5th child and their FIRST boy! I don't know any more details than that but will post it when I get it. Congrats to your whole family Barney!
Okay, I am off. Hope all you Dads out there have a wonderful day. Dad's are great!
