It was hell, but he got it done. Brendan cried the entire time. Aaron SCREAMED the entire time. Joshua was great--didn't complain, didn't cry, just say there like a good boy. Ryan struggled through giving the two big boys haircuts (and Josh was a breeze!), but don't they look handsome! The above shot is the best out of the many I took trying to get all 3 to look at the camera and not have one of them blurred for some reason. I give Ryan so much credit for even attempting to do this. I don't know what happened, but it is now a torture for Brendan and Aaron to get haircuts. Downstate they always had Sue cut their hair with no issues, but since moving up here, they are totally against haircuts.
After putting Joshua down for his nap, I took Brendan and Aaron up to the school to play on the playground equipment. They had a really good time running around and then relaxing at the picnic table with a snack. It was especially nice for me since I didn't have to run after Joshua the entire time and I could play with the boys without telling them, "Hold on, I need to go grab your brother!"
Update on my folks: They have left Yellowstone a day earlier than expected. Currently they are in Montana and will be there the next 2 nights. Not sure what is on their agenda next though.
