Had my good friend from Paradise over today. She and 4 of her 5 girls spent the day with us. We started with coffee so the two of us Moms could catch up. After that we took the kids to lunch at McDonald's.....can't imagine how people reacted when they saw 8 kids 10 and under walk in ;) . Once lunch was done,.we walked to one of the local parks so the kids could play and swim. We continued our walk until we found an ice cream shop, had some yummy ice cream, walked to the splash pad, and finally home. What a fun way to spend a Monday.
School starts in one week. Tonight we are starting an earlier bedtime routine. The plan is to wake the boys up at 7am tomorrow, all in preparation for school to begin.
Speaking of school, I talked to our soon-to-be daycare provider again today. Jospeh sip
