The glare off the snow from the sun is BRIGHT!

Another Monday. Another morning of live online class. Whoohoo. Yes, I get easily distracted, but I love it cause I don't have to drive to campus. Besides, this semester I pretty much ignore notes and just read the chapters for my exams. Its working for me so far...........

The sun is out and bright this morning. Even with 3 feet of snow, you can still see that Spring is slowly coming. (For months we don't see the sun, so now that we do, we know the seasons are a changing!)

The family went to The Point yesterday. We spent over an hour there climbing the snow & ice mounds/hills. Trudie really enjoyed herself. We let her off her leash and she loved the excitement of it all. I put tons of pics up on FB. The scary thing was that as we were walking on a snow hill, Brendan took a step and it opened up beneath him! He scrambled up and away just in time. We both looked down and my heart started pounding out of my chest. It was about 5 feet deep straight down (Ryan later said it also curved to the side and went deeper). Had that been Josh, he would have went straight down. So yes, we got off the snow hills and down to the beach after that. The weird thing was that we were on the hills right at the shoreline so I felt those were the more safe ones.............

Mom is off to the Soo to take Mia to the vet for her shots. Aunt Barb is going along with them. I think they should look into buying Mia a new coat as she hates the one I bought her on Saturday.

Tomorrow Brendan starts elementary basketball practice. His games will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. He is super excited about it. I really hope he enjoys himself. Pretty much all the kids in grades 1-6 are participating. I think Aaron is jealous that he can't play yet, but there is always next year.

This Wednesday my Baby J turns 3. He wants a Star Wars party. Of course I couldn't find any stuff locally, so I am going to make my own. I bought a white table cloth and will decorate it as needed. Or maybe I will ask Ryan to do it as I have 2 exams to study for, he already said he wanted to do the cake. It will probably be a group effort. Of course I will post pics of the cake once we get it done.

Time to go pay attention to my online class again. Then a day full of studying for OB and Mythology. Good Times, Baby. Good Times.
