It was cold this morning. How about 33 degrees cold. So cold that when I got in my car this morning at 5:45am to leave for school, that my van was covered in ice. Not frost, but ICE. It had rained earlier in the night and then it froze. So covered in ice was my van that my windshield wipers were frozen to the window. I actually had to chip the ice away and sort-of punch my wiper blades to get them un-stuck. Yep. Time for winter. Good thing that Ryan already has the kids wearing their winter coats when they go to school.........jeez.
Paying bills this evening. Always a good time. Then I think I will try to work on my OR Experience paper. Damn, I'm cool. My Saturday plans? Not sure, but I hope to stay up late enough to watch SNL. Why? The exciting answer to that is that The Killers are musical guests this week. That excites me to no end. I'm positively giddy about it.
Went to the grocery store hungry yesterday afternoon. Never a good idea. I went there for 4 items. $80 later I left with a cart full of nothing really good, but with lots of junk food and coffee creamer. Oh, did I tell you that they have stocked the 'holiday creamers' already? A bit earlier than expected, but then again, is it ever too early for Peppermint Mocha????? I did buy a loaf of bread from the bakery section. Damn you Heather--all this talk of bread. If I lived by you I would be knocking on your door daily in hopes that you would offer me bread.
Ugh. Those bills aren't paying themselves.

I agree; going to the grocery store hungry is NEVER a good idea. I end up buying more junk than we need. It's funny that we all do the same thing! Glad to read that all is going well with you and the boys. -- Mary
I've taken to passing out bread like beads at Mardi Gras, minus the flashing of course.
