I'll get around to posting Halloween pictures tomorrow. The weather cleared up just enough to go trick-or-treating. The boys only went to about a third of the places giving out candy and still their buckets were packed full. Once they were full, they all said they were done and wanted to come home. Ryan and I kept asking if they wanted to go to one more house, and they all said no. Mom kept a tally of all the kids that came to the house, and we had a whole 13 kids show. Less than last year, but it did start to rain after we got home with the boys and it was cold. But I did hear comments today how great the candy bags were that Mom passed out!!! The best in town!!
Worked Preschool all 3 days this past week. Ugh. Don't get me wrong, it was fun and I enjoy it and would do it again if needed, but my goodness I am tired! Between preschool and my school, I'm beat! Since my Mom is downstate, I took Joshua to preschool with Aaron and I. Joshua was so great, we forgot he was there! Not that we ignored the child and lost him, but he played with the toys, did art projects, and blended in with the rest of the kids so well that we sort of forgot that he is only 19 months old. I really hope that Mrs. B recovers soon, cause the kids really do miss her.
Ryan has started yet another semester of courses. He got an A in both classes that finished last week. The 2 classes he has now are an accounting class and another one called "Emerging Nations". Lucky him.......
We lost power many times today---the wind again. Like both Mom and Aunt Barb said: its November on Lake Superior. The best weather, but also scary at times. We woke up to 7 freighters in the bay Thursday morning! That wind was freakishly scary that night so I was not shocked to see freighters anchored, but to see 7 there when there were none there at midnight, was pretty surprising.
Again, I hope to post Halloween photos tomorrow or Sunday.
