Anybody have an ark around because there has been enough rain today that we just may need it.
Couple things:
I rock. Took my Pathophysiology midterm and aced it. Just how well did I do? Not one wrong. Zero. 100%. Yes. That is me gloating. (I still have not gotten the grade on my Nursing Informatics exam. And don't worry, there will be NO gloating there, as I am pretty sure that a B on that exam will be a gift. Don't even get me started how this pissy 2-credit hour class is going to screw with my gpa..............)
Forgot to mention Brendan's conferences last week. We were told that he is polite, listens intently, is friendly, and is an all around great student. I smile as I type this. He's my little man and I am so proud of him.
Due to weather, Ryan did not have to work today. And due to me having a million errands to run, I left the kids at home and went to the Soo by my lonesome. I went everywhere. Where???
*Went to LSSU to sign up for scholarships. (I'll take any free money you want to give me.)
*Deposited checks into our credit union AND our bank.
*Looked at Payless for Wide width shoes for my boys. Which they had none available in the sizes I need. And the bonus about that is there are NO other stores in an hours drive that carry wide-widths. I may have to go to the closest mall. In Canada. Just to buy shoes.
*Shopped at Walmart.
*Shopped at Kmart.
*Shopped at the Family Dollar.
*Ate Taco Bell.
*Got gas and a cappucino. English Toffee. Yum.
*Bought a few groceries at Glens.
*Dropped off many bags of clothes at the Goodwill. I've been carrying them around in the van for months. Ryan is so proud that I finally got rid of them.
I am most happy about the Christmas gifts that I purchased today. That is why I added that poll to the blog. How many of us crazy early shoppers are there???? I have already recieved my first shipment from my online shopping, plus the items I've bought at the stores locally. Right now I am only buying stuff for the boys. I haven't even started to think about what to get anyone else--unless you count that I already know what I am buying my sister and my Dad. But watch out, because after Halloween, I go into Super Shopper Mode.
This weekend is the Haunted Trail here in Paradise. We plan on going again this year. Last year they did an awesome job so I can't wait to see how it goes this year. And get this, its only $3.
I think I hate this background. Sure its cool, but do you have trouble reading the words or is it just me and my need of glasses?
