I thought since the colors are changing up here that I would change my blog colors to reflect the change in seasons.

School has been going pretty well so far. Next week is my first exam and it is going to be a big one. The subject is Pathophysiology. What is that you ask? Well, the easiest way to describe it is like this: in Anatomy and Physiology, you learn what is normal. In Patho, you learn what is abnormal. I have already learned that this class is harder than any in my past and I will be studying my behind off all weekend to prepare for Wednesday's exam. Yah me.

Ryan started 2 online courses today. He is doing all online courses which last 6 weeks at a time. After that, he will start another 2 courses. What that boils down to is 16 credit hours a semester total. That's a lot for a guy who is also working full-time and dealing with 3 boys and other household stuff on top of that.

One more thing..........we lost power today. (Which is something we do quite often up here in Paradise, and usually for no apparent reason.) But this time, we had a generator to kick in and supply us with all the power that we wanted! Cool. Good idea Dad!
