Been meaning to post a few things on here but have forgotten. First thing about having Christmas in Paradise: Out of all the hours of Christmas music I have listened to, not once have I had to endure "Christmas Eve on Woodward Avenue" by Karen Newman. Thank goodness for small favors.............

We have decided to stay up here for Christmas. No driving down-state for us. We want the kids to be able to wake up in their own beds on Christmas morning. Plus we are hoping for a white Christmas. (If it ever gets cold up here and stops raining! We have had over 12" of snow twice already but the temps creep back up to melt it all away!)

So, since we are staying here for Christmas, we will most likely be attending the town's Christmas party on Christmas Eve at the Yukon. (The Yukon is the local bar in town.) Doesn't that sound awesome?! The local families all get together for a few hours, the kids play, have family pictures taken with Santa, and then home to gear up for the next morning! I can't wait to go, I know the boys will love it as their friends from preschool will be there.

Trying to study for my final exams, which are next week. Then a nice break for me and Ryan from school and a nice break for my parents since I'll be home every day for awhile.
