And now for something completely different
So after thinking about it and advice from several others, I have decided to switch to a Blog format. I started this blog a few days ago and have been playing with the settings a bit to see if I like it, and it seems pretty decent. I will most likely be using this from now on and not using the Page Of Greatness anymore. We shall see........

Love the fact that you've got yourself a blog to write on. Oh, and we can throw diet ideas back and forth. Mine so far is slowly removing the pounds....
